Shipping is 100% free and we offer this policy worldwide.

B. Disclaimer

We understand how frustrating this can be, and please know we’re working around the clock to get your order to you as quickly as possible. You can expect it to ship by November 12th, 2024. C. TRANSIT, HANDLING & ORDER CUT OFF TIME

Order handling time is 2-4 business days (Monday to Friday)

D. Delivery Terms

We use USPS/UPS to deliver the product for the USA & Canada.

We use UPS to deliver the product for Australia and other regions

E. CHANGE OF ADDRESS

We cannot change the delivery address once it is in transit. If you need to change the place to deliver your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.

F. CANCELLATIONS

If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy

G. Parcels Damaged In Transit 

If you find a parcel is damaged in-transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with next steps.

H. Duties and Taxes:

Local taxes and import may be applicable in some countries and are not included in the amounts shown.
All such taxes and duties are covered by the customer.
We sell our products worldwide, and we cannot guarantee that they meet the import requirements of every country.
