We offer free shipping within the USA on orders over $135.

D. Delivery Terms

We use USPS/UPS to deliver the product for the USA & Canada.

We use UPS to deliver the product for Australia and other regions

E. CHANGE OF ADDRESS

We cannot change the delivery address once it is in transit. If you need to change the place to deliver your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.

F. CANCELLATIONS

If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy

G. Parcels Damaged In Transit 

If you find a parcel is damaged in-transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with next steps.

H. Duties and Taxes:


Local taxes and import may be applicable in some countries and are not included in the amounts shown.
All such taxes and duties are covered by the customer.
We sell our products worldwide, and we cannot guarantee that they meet the import requirements of every country.

I. Auto-Renewals and Recurring Billing


PuurSmile subscriptions may start with a one-time payment or trial offer, followed by regular recurring charges according to your selected subscription preferences.



Please note that customers who do not opt for our subscription program will not be eligible to receive the complimentary gifts. The free gifts include one month of sample products, allowing customers to test the product at no cost. By the end of the trial period, customers have the opportunity to decide whether to continue with the subscription, pause it, or cancel if the product does not meet their expectations.



Your subscription will automatically renew for the same interval as your original term (typically every 30 days) at the then-current, non-promotional rate, unless you cancel as described.
By enrolling in the PuurSmile subscription, you acknowledge and accept the initial and recurring payment features, and agree to pay all recurring charges until cancellation.

If you cancel your subscription, it will not be renewed after the current term ends.

J. PuurSmile Subscription Cancellation Policy


Customers may request cancellation of their subscription only after 14 days have elapsed from the date of their initial order. This policy is in place because providing the complimentary oral kit and free gifts involves substantial work and cost; the 14-day period ensures that customers have an good opportunity to receive and fully evaluate the kit as well as oral care products as free gifts at a minimal expense before making a decision regarding their subscription.

Following the initial 14-day period, customers may cancel their subscription at any time by logging into their account on our website and completing the cancellation process.
After the initial 14-day period, customers may adjust their delivery frequency, and our dedicated customer support team will be available to assist with any changes or questions.

Once a subscription is canceled, no further charges will apply, and no additional shipments will be sent.
